The same Cold Drip process, different coffee beans. The beans for our Brazil are coming from Fazenda Coimbra, a pioneer in agroforestry. Agroforestry is the interaction of agriculture and trees, including the agricultural use of trees.

The taste of Black Brazil is softer than Black. Our Black is mildly fruity, with a finish of dark, bitter chocolate and raw vanilla.

Black Brazil is softer in taste. The dark chocolate and vanilla aromas are being replaced for more sweet notes : think milk chocolate, caramel and palm sugar.

But Black Brazil is also 100% clean and natural : only the best coffee and water.
